With great excitement we are dropping the third edition of our ‘SoFloBulls.com 2016 USF Football Highlights Series‘ as the USF Bulls commander-in-chief Quinton Flowers prepares for another historical season and a possible run at the Heisman Trophy. #Glock9 South Florida QB Quinton Flowers (@SpotTheBall_9) is currently busy in the heat of spring practice under first year head coach Charlie Strong, where Flowers & Co. are focused on learning a new faster offensive scheme under new OC Sterlin Gilbert. Yes, I did say FASTER than the prolific 2016 USF offensive assault that shattered every record in school history, again.
Our ‘#Glock9 South Florida QB Quinton Flowers Highlights 2016’ is’ jammed packed with QF’s most dynamic, ankle bursting, #HeGone plays from the 2016 season. Flowers was named the AAC Offensive Player of the Year, was a first-team all-conference selection after becoming the first USF player to eclipse 2,000+ passing yards and 1,000+ rushing yards in a single season, and set the team’s single-season total offense mark with a whopping 4,337 total yards. Saying QF is big time serves as nothing more than a discredit.
Flowers finished the 2016 season ranked in the top 20 nationally in 10 statistical categories, including 10th in total offense (334 ypg.) and ninth in points responsible for (19.4 ppg.). #Glock9 aired it out for 2,807 passing yards and a USF record 24 touchdowns, completing 62.5 percent of his passing attempts. The Miami native also slashed for 1,530 yards on the ground and 18 touchdowns.
