On Sept. 9th, 2023, the South Florida Bulls took the field at Raymond James Stadium for the first time this season. Led by Redshirt Freshman Quarterback Byrum Brown, the Bulls looked to secure their first victory under new Head Coach Alex Golesh. Under the lights at a 7:00PM kickoff, and in front of an announced attendance of 36,495, Brown and his Offense torched Florida A&M.
The first drive started out a bit rough for the Bulls, but never warranted a moment of panic. The first play of the game began with an electric tackle for loss from defensive back, Daquan Evans, but the rest of the drive for the Rattlers offense was high tempo and effective. Quarterback, Jeremy Moussa, seemed to have his way with the Bulls defense and ultimately led FAMU to an opening touchdown.
Our staff photographers David Gold and Dennis Akers assembled an amazing collection of moments so far this season, finishing with over 1,000 images only available right here at SFB with two games still remaining in 2023. We sincerely hope you enjoy flipping through the handpicked photos by our guys, they both take captivating shots. We will also be rolling out our Alabama, Rice, UConn and Temple photo albums soon, so keep yours eyes peeled for the drops!
