Ford capitalized on all touches, not only taking 115 carries for 787 yards (6.84 yds/car) but also scoring eight touchdowns in his true freshman campaign. Ford had a monster performance against UConn, exploding for 164 yards and three touchdowns. It was only right Ford was rocking the fire new So Flo Adidas uniforms during his USF single game yards per carry record performance (23.7). Ford also broke off a 78 yard jaunt which was the longest non-scoring run in USF history.
