“The South Florida Bulls secured their first ESPN 300 recruit for the 2014 class. On Friday, four-star wide receiver Ryeshene Bronson (Fort Myers, Fla./Dunbar) committed to play for Willie Taggart and South Florida, according to multiple reports.
The 6-foot-3, 183-pound Bronson originally committed to Florida in June 2012 but opened up his recruitment this May.
Arkansas, Auburn, Florida State, Massachusetts, Miami (Fla.), Mississippi State, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee also extended scholarship offers to the country’s No. 263 prospect.
This winter, Bronson posted a 4.72 40-yard dash, 4.55 20-yard shuttle and 26.5-inch vertical at the National Under Armour All-America Combine.
Bronson is South Florida’s highest-rated verbal. The Bulls also have four-star athlete Jimmy Bayes (Immokalee, Fla./Immokalee) among their 16 pledges.”
