22. Quinton Flowers, South Florida.

USF QB Quinton Flowers Spring Game 2016 (356x801) At last, Willie Taggart has his quarterback. After a pair of ugly seasons for the Bulls on offense, Taggart turned to Flowers, and he showed big potential as a sophomore in leading USF to an 8-5 record. Flowers threw for 2,290 yards, 22 TDs and eight INTs and ran for 991 yards and 12 TDs, proving to be a dangerous dual-threat. With the combination of Flowers and RB Marlon Mack returning, the Bulls are a contender in the American and have a chance to pull the upset and dethrone Houston. Continue Reading by Clicking Here

22. Marlon Mack, South Florida.

USF RB Marlon Mack Spring Game 2016 (649x778) The Bulls’ offense finally found life in the Willie Taggart era behind the dangerous combination of Mack and QB Quinton Flowers. Mack improved upon a stellar freshman season by rushing 210 times for 1,381 yards and eight TDs, averaging 6.6 yards per carry, as the Bulls made their first bowl since 2010. Mack ran for over 100 yards in eight of his last nine games, including 230 yards against the stingy Temple defense. His return is a big reason why USF may be favored to win the AAC East.
