The USF Bulls Football program is eyeing a return to program roots with the release of these revamped nostalgic-look 2022 Adidas uniforms earlier today. The uniforms pay homage to the early years, glory days under program kingpin Jim Leavitt. Adidas finally ripped one out of the park after several years of HUGE whiffs as the global brand unsuccessfully attempted to create a new looks for the Bulls.
From the time the Bulls moved to Adidas from Under Armour in late 2017 until now, USF fans were unhappy with all of the identity changes, which included a ‘SLIME’ campaign that brandished putrid shades of light green that literally made me cringe. Kudos to Adidas and USF VP of Athletics Mike Kelly for coming up with a grassroots revival Bulls fans can rally around.
“The USF Bulls have revealed their new uniforms for the 2022 season. The design takes the Bulls back to a more traditional look with a green and a white uniform combinations. The jerseys feature a clean simple design with bold numbers front and center and the USF Bulls logo on the v of the neck. Both looks are worn with a white helmet and green facemask.” – UNISWAG
