USF’s defense came to play against Georgia Tech but the offense left much to be desired as the Bulls fall to 0-2.
USF’s defense showed out today against the Yellow Jackets, limiting Georgia Tech to just 257 total offensive yards, but the Bulls couldn’t hold on offensively to get the job done in Atlanta for a second straight loss.
Despite adorning nostalgic throwback helmets for the first time since 2010, the Bulls weren’t even close to reviving the stellar play of the Jim Leavitt era, but USF did draw 46,704 to Raymond James Stadium which is the largest opening crowd in program history.
