Other Under the Radar Classes

Over the past few days I’ve been asked a lot about classes that have gone under the radar and aren’t getting the attention they deserve. One class I really like is N.C. State. I think Dave Doeren has assembled a class that should help them start to turn things around, headlined by No. 7 defensive end Kentavius Street (Greenville, N.C./Rose). South Florida also falls into this category. Nobody is talking about the job Willie Taggart is doing, but the Bulls have five four-star prospects coming their way and a group that fills a number of needs. How about the job Western Michigan coach P.J. Fleck has done? The Broncos have two four-star prospects and 12 three-star recruits — numbers matched by nobody in the MAC. And I still like Oregon State and Kansas State’s classes despite them being ranked toward the bottom of their respective conferences.
